Shelter from the storm

The Chamber held three weathering the storm seminars across the region in November in order to offer firms up-to-the-minute advice on how to deal with the economic downturn.
The first was at the Dunchurch Park Hotel in Rugby followed by an event at the Village Hotel in Coventry, culminating with the seminar at the Ashorne Conference Centre in Leamington.
At each event, a series of experts from a variety of disciplines were on hand to offer help and advice to local businesses.
The Chamber is also holding drop-in sessions every Friday at its headquarters in Binley, Coventry.
Speakers at the Coventry event were: Tony Mitchell (Cranfield Business Recovery), Jon Wilby (Band Hatton), Shaun Duffy (Brindley Twist Tafft & James)and Bryan Gardner (Spencer Gardner Dickins).
